Angling Participation Survey

This survey is part of a major, new research programme entitled, The Social and Community Benefits of Angling, funded by the Big Lottery Fund. Millions of people go fishing, but public knowledge is limited about the different forms of angling and the particular benefits individuals, young people and local communities can get from it.

By completing this survey questionnaire you will be providing vital information for the research, which will inform both angling organisations and policymakers.

The research is undertaken by Substance, a not for profit social research company, and is supported by the Angling Trust, the Environment Agency and a range of other angling organisations in the UK.

The questionnaire has been designed to be completed in one session, and should take no more than 15-20 minutes of your time. Your answers will be completely anonymous. For more information about the research visit www.anglingresearch.org.uk
